How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or longer this may result in shortening your service, or having to re-schedule, so it doesn’t inconvenience other spa clients. If you know you’re going to be late past 15 minutes, it is best to call and reschedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Scheduled appointments are specifically for you. We book up fast thanks to you and all our amazing clients. We ask that you please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 non-refundable fee. Some exceptions may apply depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. All no-shows will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee.
Do I have to pay for my initial consultation?
We do not require a deposit to book a consultation. Our consultation consists of a free skin care analysis, and discussion of your skin care goals. During this time, we will customize a treatment plan specific to your individual needs. Pricing will be discussed during the consultation, and you will receive a copy of your treatment plan.
How many treatments will I need?
This will be discussed during the consultation, and depending on your individual skin care goals we will come up with the best-customized treatment plan for you. Everyone’s expectations are different, and therefore would be hard to answer without having a face-to-face consultation.
Do I tip my clinical aesthetic professional?
Gratuities are at your discretion and are always appreciated by your aestheticians and technicians. The industry standard is 15-20% of the cost of each individual service, and what you choose to give depends on your level of satisfaction with the service.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on services that have been rendered. Results from treatments vary from client to client and while we strive to achieve the highest level of excellence to achieve the desired outcome, this is not always a guarantee. Therefore, several treatments may be required to achieve desired results, and it’s up to the client to continue their treatments as prescribed by their technician.
